We offer door-to-door courier service via The Courier Guy, or postal service via the Post Office (not available on some larger items). Please select your desired shipping on checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order by the following methods:

We have a flat courier rate for most of our products nationwide. Some of our larger items incur extra courier fees, which will be displayed in the product description. If you purchase other goods with this large item, you will only be charged the larger item’s shipping rate.

Please see our shipping prices below:

  • Standard Courier: R70 (Flat Rate)
  • Large Items Courier: R150+ (please check product description)
  • Post Office: R40

Courier within Cape Town takes 1-2 working days and other areas between 2-3 working days. Post office shipping can take 4-8 days. Please also note the lead times on the manufacture of certain products.


If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 7 days of the date of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. You will then be able to choose something else from the shop or we will offer you a refund once we have received the item unopened and in saleable condition.

If your order is damaged in anyway on delivery, please notify us immediately on info@simplyhome.co.za so that we can make it right.
